His extensive expertise spans Sales, Risk Management, Underwriting and Operations allowing him to strategically plan and implement marketing initiatives, oversee the growth of sales and account management teams and manage day-to-day operations.   

Chad has proven expertise in building and leading high-performing teams, excels in niche markets, strategic specialization, acquisitions, and the addition and onboarding of new producers.  

Beyond his professional pursuits, Chad enjoys spending time with family, traveling, golfing, fishing and attending many sporting events.
